A question that we often get asked is how to map out what you want to do and where you want to go, in an easy way. The world can be a big place so we have decided the best way forward is to break it down into bite-sized pieces: Countries!

In this blog post, we will explore the world of adventure tourism through a series of articles that focus on different countries. As there are 196 independent states in total and many have similar activities to offer or can be grouped together as part of a region, we have divided our findings into seven regions: Africa & Middle East; Asia Pacific; Europe; The Americas; Australasia & Oceania; India & South Asia.

This list is not exhaustive, but it gives you a great idea of what there is to offer in each region.

Africa & the Middle East: Morocco; Namibia; French Guiana; South Africa.

Asia Pacific: Nepal; New Zealand; Indonesia; USA (Hawaii). Europe: Croatia, Italy and Spain. The Americas: Canada (British Columbia); Mexico (Mayan Riviera). Australasia & Oceania: Thailand, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia. India & South Asia: Nepal; Thailand; Peru.

Exploration has been a passion for humans since the beginning of time; it is in our DNA to love travelling! But with modern life comes new challenges like work schedules, traffic jams and packing your suitcase just right so that nothing breaks.
